The Chinese are wild about noodles. They eat them: fried, boiled, chilled, tossed with meat, vegetables and tofu. Mein as noodles are called in chinses have been apart of the chinses cooking for 5,000 years. In fact many historians say that noodles were invented in northern china. Sold fresh or dried chinses noodles come in three different viraties wheat beans and rice. All three come in different lengths long noodles symbolises long life. Noodles are always served long and uncut rice noodles with their delicate taste are perfect in soups.

To improve your work, I think you need to read through the sentences to make sure you have full stops and capital letters in the right place. You also need to go back and correct some spelling mistakes like "chinses" and "viraties."
