Fangbao Game

The Fangbao is a Chinese game. ‘Fangbao’ means ‘square treasure’ and is made by folding two pieces of paper in a special way. The age group is 5 to 10 years old. It is usually played by two kids. Each kid has 5 Fangbaos.
The best place for the game is on a cement ground in the backyard or near the front door. Each kid places one Fangbao on the starting line. They hit each others Fangbao towards the end line using their other Fangbaoes. If you pass the end line you get to keep your Fangbao. The angle you throw your Fangbao is important. They take turns. The person with the most Fangbaoes at the end of the game is the winner.

The Eagle and the Chicks
The Eagle and chicks is an old Chinese game which is played outside and this game needs at least 5 kids to play. One kid is the eagle and another kid is a mother hen. The eagle tries to catch one of the chicks so he will no longer be the eagle. The mother hen can protect the chicks by spreading her arms at shoulder height in front of a chick. The Eagle has to go around the hen to catch the chick and is not allowed to come in contact with her. The Eagle is free to run anywhere.

Hello "Games" group. Wow! You have written so much about these two games. I can't wait to play them although it did take a while to get that Fangbao made! I am still a bit confused about how to play the game - you may need to show me or perhaps make it a bit clearer on your report.
I can't wait to try the other game. Let us know what it is like once you have tried it. Well done!
